Precision Driven Health is pleased to launch our new monthly Data Science in Healthcare webinar series in collaboration with Orion Health, one of our founding partner organisations.

We welcome you to the first session.

This webinar series will showcase exciting new research alongside real-world case studies and feature a variety of clinical, academic, industry, public health, and governance perspectives. Throughout the series, we will be joined by guest experts to discuss themes such as machine learning governance, health equity, telehealth, accessing and using data for research, and the NZ Algorithm Hub initiative.

Our first webinar is on Localising data science for New Zealand’s population and healthcare context, and will look at how we apply data science in a way that works for New Zealand. Our three speakers will be followed by a live Q&A panel.

Join us on September 17th at 2-3 pm on Zoom to hear from our speakers:

Professor Rod Jackson – Clinical decision making and PREDICT

Luke Boyle – nzRISK for perioperative risk assessment

Dr Edmond Zhang – Localising natural language processing models

Live Q&A panel facilitated by Dr Kevin Ross, CEO of Precision Driven Health

Webinar recordings will be made available to registrants after the event.
