Cemplicity has partnered with The Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) to digitally capture feedback from people staying in all Managed Isolation and Quarantine (MIQ) facilities in New Zealand.

The MIQ Experience survey went live in May 2021 asks returnees to provide feedback about the key phases they go through on their journey during Managed Isolation, from planning their travel to New Zealand, through to when they are near the end of their stay in MIQ. MBIE have published the first set of the survey results sharing insights on journey phase, communications and pastoral care.
