Waitemata DHB would like to implement a secure online appointment booking system to help transform patients’ experience. Currently, patients are sent a letter with an appointment date and time that may or may not be convenient. Online booking will allow patients within our catchment to choose when they would like to attend the clinic so they can fit their appointment in with work, holiday and caring commitments.
