The Clinician’s flagship product is ZEDOC - a cloud based Software as a Service(SaaS) platform that operates within existing clinical workflows, communicating directly with both patients and care teams, to enable patient outreach, collection and analysis of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) throughout the care continuum in the clinic or remotely between visits.
ZEDOC is an inventive cloud platform for collecting Patient Reported Outcome Measures(PROMs) with the capability to seamlessly gather data from smart phones and wearables throughout the entire care continuum. ZEDOC leverages agile technologies to engage patients in the data collection process, maximising response rates through the use of chatbots and patient apps.
In addition, ZEDOC seamlessly gathers data from smart phones and wearables throughout the patient journey and uses conversational agents (Chabot) and patient mobile apps to engage patients in the process. Our underlying knowledgebase structures collected data, allowing multiple layers of analysis to produce break through insights and discoveries.
Building on and extending the ZEDOC we also have an eDischarge solution and are in the process of adding new capabilities to capture additional data at a few key points in time during a patient’s entire care journey. This would allow us to measure and assess value based on 360 degrees view of the care process and drive volume to value in healthcare.
