Nikki  provides strategic HR support to Air New Zealand’s Revenue division, and has responsibility across Air New Zealand for Talent Acquisition and Management, Diversity & Inclusion, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, and Future of Work.

In her role as General Manager Pilots, Nikki and her team implemented several initiatives focused on improving pilot gender diversity and creating a more inclusive culture, including an external strategy to promote aviation as a career to females.

  

Daniel Chee, Manager, Human Capital, Deloitte

Daniel is a Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. He supports organisations across a broad range of HR and organisational change challenges, including within the health sector, and brings experience from working with organisations across the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
